The people in the jewelry department were incredibly rude. I waited while they assisted someone else, then instead of asking me if I needed any help, they both went to a different counter and just talked to each other. I thought maybe they had something they needed to talk about to get done for the store, so i waited for a little longer. They just stared at me. I finally asked if I could get some assistance, and the both just looked at each other like they were trying to figure out who was actually going to assist me. One lady slowly made her way over, and said, "Well, I'm actually a supervisor, so I don't know anything about watches." Keep in mind, this is the same woman who about fifteen minutes earlier was opening the case and showing someone else watch after watch describing what kind they were. I asked if she knew if any of the watches had the extension band, and she looked at the lady behind her and asked. When she said she didn't know, the supervisor got frustrated and told her that she had to start getting the store closed. She came to the counter, opened a case up, tugged on a few to see if they would stretch, then asked me to just look online to see if they had any on the website. She then told me, "Well, they may have some over there in the $10-$20 range," and went back on her way. I honestly can't think of another time that I've had a more rude and unprofessional experience. I know people are tired and irritable for the holidays, but it was all just completely unnecessary. Not to mention after I left, she went right back to the person who was there earlier because she had another question and didn't have nearly the...
Read moreIf I could give a lower review I would. I had a $24.99 off a purchase of $25.00 or more. I picked out some items and checked to make sure they were not in the excluded items list. I even went up to the register to have the cashier confirm that my coupon would work. Once she confirmed I thanked her and said I was going to get a few more items. I waited in the crazy long line again and this time the cashier was a nerdy looking guy who told me my coupon doesn’t work. I explained to him that the girl just tried it and said it worked but he didn’t care. I asked for a manager and he claimed that he was the manager and simply wasn’t going to honor the coupon. I asked him why it wouldn’t work and he wouldn’t give me an answer. Then the girl who originally helped me took me to her register and said my coupon would work but it voided when she checked my items the first time so she would do a manual override. She needed her managers approval and the sad excuse of a man who probably lives in his mothers basement would not allow her to override the coupon but would give me $4.00 off. I don’t know who peed in this man’s cheerios, but I’m completely disgusted with the way that I was treated and will make sure that everyone knows about...
Read moreEvery time I go in here I ask myself why I continue to shop here. I just left a few minutes ago feeling the same way. I walked in and was rudely told that returns go to the back and once I got there the lady behind the counter had a serious attitude. I'm sorry that the tag was taken off the shirt but I didn't have a chance to try it on first before my kid ripped it off, being excited that we had a Star wars shirt. Believe me if I could have tried all the clothes on that I returned before I left when I purchased them this wouldn't have happened. I mean a 2xl should fit me the way a 2xl fits anywhere else. Thought for sure it would fit. Because I can't try clothes on there's no reason why I'm not just buying clothes on Amazon. The return process is easier and I don't get attitude.
I would think in this day and age where retail was already dying before COVID customer service would be a priority. During COVID-19 I know every single one of these retailers is suffering and that the priority should be number one on customer service no matter what. Chick-fil-A can do it why can't you guys?
You guys have a nice big and tall section... But that's not the only reason why I choose to shop there. Now I'm questioning all of...
