I created graduation invitations online at about 9:00am and upon completion, received a confirmation email with a pick up time of 7:30 pm. When I arrived to the location at 7:29pm, no one greeted me. I went to a counter and asked for my order and was told that it was not ready yet, so I walked around the store for about 15 mins. When I returned to the counter, the associates seemed as though they were annoyed, especially when I asked how much longer they would be, and one of the associates even asked me if the graduation was tomorrow, which was not of their concern; as I was promised that my order would be ready at 7:30pm on this particular day. They informed me that it would be a little longer, so I left. I finally received a call about 20 minutes later saying that my order was ready. My invitations were off centered and to be honest I was underwhelmed with the outcome of my order. I recommend associates pay attention to what their policies and confirmation emails promise customers, because I was under the impression that my order would be ready, but in reality, they didn't even start until I walked in to pick up my order. However, when I went to pick it up, a woman helped me and then Shane stepped in to assist since it was busy. The woman's cash register was out of paper. Shane asked me to follow him to get the receipt at the front desk. Then the woman said she would take care of it after I had already walked to the front desk.
