My husband and daughter went here to get charms for my Pandora bracelet. The Pandora website had the item they purchased for 50% off but the store wouldn't honor that offer and they had to pay full price. Will definitely stick to purchasing thru the website.

UPDATE: Ace of Diamonds has reached out to us regarding this transaction. First I would like to correct my statement. The charm was actually 35% off, not 50 as I had stated (my husband had the actual post saved on his phone). After speaking to Mary the manager, she was more than sorry that the sales price was not honored by the employee working that day and did not hesitate to apologize. I usually buy all gold and jewelry from Kay’s, but when I had a necklace break on me, I decided to take it to Ace Of Jewelers. As they would repair it in house and not send it off. All seemed good until I picked up the gold necklace I had repaired. They fixed my necklace with a different carrot gold.. now it says it’s 10k and 14k gold! Pretty crazy to not ask your client if that’s alright to do. Ontop of that when I brought necklace in, it was in two pieces. I was told they would keep the broken piece and replace it with new. And minus the weight of broken piece off the repair bill. Then the recite I was gave don’t have no way of telling me what they took of repair from weight of gold.
