BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

(update me and my friend actually got banned just yesterday I had been goin in there ignoring her getting my drinks not complaining been taking what she wants to give me and moving along well apparently she is in good with the owner and she got me banned an employee told my friend when she went there sorry I cant serve you because haily the manager sent your picture out and told us not to serve you and if they did they were fired and she said she dont know why she has it out for us) the manager dont like us because Omg I can't believe I go to biggbys everyday and I always get extra ice in my frozen drink so it wont be pure liquid well sometimes they will put more ice in it and sometimes they don't so when they don't I will buy another one and ask again very nicly if they will please put more ice in it because I like it thick..so I was getting sick of having to buy another drink so I asked them if they would just fix the drink I had so I didnt have to buy another one and the manager said no we will not fix any of your drinks from now on and we are not putting extra ice in ur drinks no more! Mind you I dont ask them to fix it very often most of the time I dont ask them to fix it I will just keep it so they dont get mad...so today I go in there with my friend and order our drinks and I ask very kindly is there anyway u can put extra ice in my drink and the guy said yeah well I noticed after that one of the other employees told him dont put extra ice in her drink the manager said were not to put more ice in her drinks...so I let it slide and waited for our drinks to be done..when I got my drink I noticed it wasnt frozen and my friend got the same drink and hers was so I said nicely could u plesase make my drink frozen like hers and one of the employyees started yelling at me saying we told you we will not fix none of your drinks the manager told us it doesnt matter what I get were not fixing it!!!! I cant believe how mean they are to me and I have always been kind ive never been treated that bad they clearly dont want me going there they made me...

Okay I honestly don't like leaving poor reviews especially since I worked at a different Biggby location, but me and significant other really did not have a great experience here. I can understand that problems might happen if it's super busy and backed up, trust me we have all been there, but when you're messing up drink orders multiple times and end up not even handing out what your customer asked for, then there's a problem.

So me and my SO pull up to the drive through. I order a 24oz iced coffee with oat milk and vanilla, and my SO orders a 24oz iced butter bear with oat milk. We pull up to the window, and the person working that drawer asks if we wanted a teddy bear or a butter bear because she's not sure she heard right. That's not a big deal, easy fix, and she corrects it. We hand her our cards, she scans just the credit card and not our Biggby card for our points, and then hands me my drink, which is not what I ordered. It looked like an iced something with cream and caramel, and I'm not able to drink dairy so I hand it back and respecify what I ordered, but before I'm able to finish the person at the window takes it back and tells me that they'll remake it. Then she asks my SO if he wants whip on his butter bear (not a big deal, I always ask whether someone wants whip if they get an alternative milk if the person at the register didn't), and he says no whip. Then I get my drink, which is an iced coffee with I'm pretty sure was oat milk, but there was absolutely no vanilla in there, and then my SO's drink, which was the iced butter bear but it had whip on it and the person at the drawer didn't stop to take the whip off or anything even though she asked if he wanted it and heard him say no whip. So at that point we just decided to leave because my SO was getting frustrated, we had other plans, and just didn't want to wait at the drive thru longer asking them to get our drinks right. Check out the iced coffee I just got! I just got back from a coffee run and felt compelled to write this, which I never do, but I drove all the way there just for this coffee and it's kind of funny. I've been to this Bigby an infinite number of times. I ordered an iced coffee with cream, as per usual, and this is what I got. She handed it to me. I started to drive away, but then put it in reverse and even made the car behind me reverse after seeing the coffee, trying to talk to the girl that handed it to me. I said to her "I don't think this is what I ordered", which she replied "yes it is". I held it up saying "THIS? THIS is an iced coffee? An iced coffee is THIS white?", showing her that the drink had been bleached, begging her to admit it and take responsibility. I would've been ecstatic with a new one. She refused, and goes "well, I put cream in it" haha.. yes, I can tell you put cream in it. I don't think there's coffee in this drink, is how creamy it is. I mean, there's not even a hint of coffee.
