I am leaving this review to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your Mount Pleasant store. I was being followed by your staff, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
During my visit, I noticed an employee repeatedly appearing in the same areas of the store as I did, despite my deliberate efforts to move strategically through different sections. When I directly asked the employee if she was following me, she did not deny it, which only confirmed my suspicions, as her demeanor and actions proved otherwise. As I proceeded to the front of the store, I encountered another employee stocking items. After waiting in line for about five minutes, I moved to another register upon being informed it was open. I then observed the same employee instructing the cashier to take a break after serving the customers in his line, and she remained there, seemingly to monitor me.
This experience was not only distressing for me but also left my six-year-old child traumatized. It is disheartening to feel targeted and watched under the assumption of potential theft. As a hardworking individual, I find this treatment unacceptable and discriminatory.
As a result of this incident, I will be returning the items I purchased and will inform my fellow crafters to be cautious when shopping at your store. I urge Hobby Lobby to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity, regardless of any...

I took art my husband and I got from our once in a lifetime trip to Africa to get framed by the framing department. My husband and i purchased this art in a local African village in Zimbawe.
The art was in perfect condition and even made it literally halfway around the world with out as much as a blemish.
I dropped it off and received a call about a week later that the art was damaged. In the words of Matt (one of the framers) âits pretty bad.â Matt was in fact correct it was bad. The art was ruined.
How does this happen you may ask? Well the answer is incompetent and likely grossly negligent employees. My art was on a canvas (non-stretched and hand painnted). Matt attempted to dry mount this piece. However after calling the North Charleston hobby lobby, columbia location, Greenville location and Michaels I was told you cannot dry mount painted canvas as it willl cause the paint to peel up. Thatâs exactly what happened. The rest of the hobby lobbies and the framing industry knew this but apparently Matt didnât.
To top this off Hobby Lobby admitted fault and causation put me in touch with ridk management but refuses to communicate now?!

She threw an ornament in there mind u the other bag wasn't even full, "seeing how u have to pay for bags" my sister asked can u grab that n put it in this bag. So I went to grab it out the bag. Diana SNATCHED it out of my hand and put it back in the back I snatched it back. As if we were in second grade. Then she proceeds to tell me. She's NOT A BAG LADY!
