Six Mile Eats — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

Had lunch here earlier this week with a friend. I ordered the turkey wrap with a side of pasta salad and my friend had the Rueben sandwich with a huge cookie for dessert. Pros: both the turkey wrap and Rueben were good portions. The wrap was a tad dry and I had to ask for an extra side of ranch to dip. I had a bite of the Rueben and it was by far the best thing ordered. Cons: my biggest complaint was the wait. I arrived and there was no one in line. Placed our simple order of a wrap and Reuben. It took 30 minutes! The pasta salad was extremely dry and tasted a day old.

I will go back just for the reuben. And the cookie was delicious too. The photo with wrap has my lipstick on...

Six Mile Eats is a cafe with a varied menu of fresh and delicious sandwiches, salads, and soup... My husband had a Reuben on marble rye. The ingredients were fresh and well prepared. The sandwich had a lot of meat and the bread was fresh. He said the Reuben was delicious. I had the BLT on a croissant..there must have been at least 6 whole pieces of bacon, cooked just right. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and the croissant was fresh. The sandwich was delicious. The service was friendly and prompt. The value for the dollar was good. Every single time I eat here no matter what I ordered it has been fresh, flavorful and wonderfully served. Great staff, clean tables, good music...great vibe. If you food takes a minute...know each ones is handcrafted with the best quality. If you order the Roast Beef and Cheddar you'll never go anywhere else nor find another one like it ! The Italian Job is equally as fresh as it is savory. I've tried all the sides...all wonderful. If there is a wait time... it is because it is all made fresh with love from a family run business. I can't wait to eat here again ! Always a pleasure going on 15 times...
