Spent 27$ on 2 identical combos number 6 with soft tacos one combo beef one combo chicken add nacho cheese to both combos A 7 layer burrito and a chicken quesadilla Needless to say the employee taking my order seemed like he was just trying to get out of working and was very lethargic from what is unknown but I repeated everything in the order back to him and asked if he had it correct and he assured me he did We proceeded through the drive through to hear him complain that Taco Bell’s policy was that there is a zero tolerance for orders over 20$ after 10pm ... Taco Bell doesn’t close till 12 ? 3 possible arguments could be made here using logic and several years of experience in fast food but ima just stick with the first one because it is the first impression that was given the crew is lazy and management is slack they do not appreciate the fundamentals of capitalism because the more money we spend at this restraunt the more money that is made not only keeping their ability to have a job there but also providing more capital to hire another employee to work with such a heavy work load speaking sarcastically nor do they take pride in their job and the fact that people work hard for their money just as you would think they do The chicken and beef chalupas either had little to no nacho cheese on them after we payed extra for it we got hard tacos instead of soft and the quesadilla wasn’t even cut into slices which really didn’t matter because of the poor quality of food most of this was thrown in the trash due to the fact they don’t know how to answer a phone to review complaints and fix the issue I asked the employee if he had confirmed everything correctly and he stated that he had but obviously he didn’t and everything was either soggy cold or sub par Very disappointed with the last meal I will ever eat from this establishment and certainly discourage any other hard working Americans to waste money on food not fit for my dog You guys really need to regroup and re consider what kind of employees you keep aswell as the quality of food you serve with that being said im going to call corporate fill out online surveys and pursue every avenue possible for my refund...
Read moreDon’t know exactly what is going on here. This is not the first time a similar situation has occurred either, so it went from being a one-off issue to a recurring PROBLEM.
The problem is that this franchisee despises money. Well, I suppose that is a bit hyperbolic, but there can be no other logical explanation.
After shopping at Wal-Mart and needing to bring a dinner home for my family, who requested that I bring home a dinner rather than pick it up at the store to bring home to fix (my problem, I’m sooo very aware) my oldest son demand we bring home Taco Bell. As it is the closest to our home, I guess I’m on my way.
Once I arrive at 7:35pm, I exit my vehicle, stride across the parking lot to the lobby doors: which are locked. At 7:30 on a Saturday.
I repeat. Locked doors. 7:30 pm. Saturday.
Drive-thru appears open, I guess I’ll have a stab at that. Line doesn’t appear to be moving, but I guess that’s because of all of the traffic in the drive thru that was forced there due to the locked lobby. At 7:30pm. On a Saturday. Next to a movie theater.
So, off to the drive thru I go. To sit. And wait. And wait. And wait.
7:50 pm. Cars begging backing up. Including the one at the speaker, that in any normal context, would be placing an order, or at least have already completed that portion of the mission.
Now, a franchise that bills itself as being open at ridiculous times. Is closed. At 7:50pm. On a Saturday.
The only logical conclusion is: this franchisee hates money, has no control over his/her/their restaurant, and gives little care to...
Read moreJust rolled up to the drive through here, waited about two minutes with another car behind me with zero sound from the order speaker system so I figured the speaker was broken. I went ahead and drove forward figuring I could just order at the window and got stuck behind two other cars. Ok well no problem I guess I'll just wait. I waited for the other two cars to get their orders so I could get to the window, then when I actually got to the window and the woman at the window rudely refused to take my order at the window. At this point I'm legit disgruntled. Have you ever met a disgruntled veteran? Great job, I'm tired hungry and a vet on Memorial Day weekend on top of that I come here all the time despite your ever rotating new staff who have to learn what ingredients go in what burritos and never seem to understand the difference between a gordita and a chalupa, i cut you slack on this regularly I don't even complain, and this is how you do me? Untrained I can cut slack on, but rude to me when you're the one screwing up? The proper sequence is "Sir I'll be with you in a moment." And then I wait, I spoke to the mic no less than four times before giving up and heading to the window. This is where I draw the line. I'm done with your location, you won't see me here again even if I have to drive 30 miles through rush hour traffic to eat elsewhere. Managers here might want to not hire people who don't understand...
