As others have stated this location is basically the same as shopping at a Walmart. I have had store employees nearly run me over with their carts/trolley, employees that don’t know how to run the cash register, and most recently not have any method for pick up. For my most recent pick up order I put in my app I was on the way. I arrived and put in the space number. There was only one other car there which they bring out their order. Then 4 other cars arrive they delivered 3 other peoples beside mine and the car who arrived right after me. When my order was finally being delivered I asked if they had any order that they go in. The team member said “no there is no order they go in”. So, I reached out to target about this and they said they were sorry my experience wasn’t what I thought it should be/didn’t meet my expectations. And was told if I had any other questions to respond to the email so I did to ask if the team member was correct in saying there was no order they go in. It’s been over a week with no response. So I guess they don’t have any order for pick up and you just have to hope they will come to you before more...
Read moreIf you’re looking for an experience in Mount Pleasant where you can place an online order and be told that it will be ready in two hours, but it’s still not ready after five or six hours, then Target is the place you want to be! Stop by to check on your order (don’t call; they won’t answer) and have one of their annoyed-looking customer service people tell you to come back the next day. Perfect! Next, you’ll enjoy the wait while they try to contact a manager but won’t be able to locate one, and the annoyed-looking customer service person will leave the area and be replaced with an all-new grouch who also clearly doesn’t want to be there. And did we mention that all of these “services” are FREE? That’s right—you too can be treated like a nuisance for daring to give this trashy store your business. Delightful! (Seriously, fire the entire management team and start over. And to the Target corporate team: you’re wasting a lot of money hiring people to stand around this store and...
Read moreRefused to follow published policies online for returns/price matching.
I went in to buy an electric razor a few weeks ago not sure which one I would get. While there, I decided on and bought one and later that day found the same one for $40 cheaper on Amazon (which is explicitly listed as a competitor they'll price match). When I brought the receipt in for a price match refund a week later, I talked to a blonde named Carol, who straight up refused to give me the price match refund as stated in their policies online. So I bought the one on Amazon to return to Target (I had already opened the original one), and when it arrived, I verified it was exactly the same thing and that the barcodes matched, which they did. Since I had already opened the one I originally got from target, I brought back the one from Amazon and they refused to take it back because it wasn't the specific one I got there. I'm not sure how they knew the difference and why it...
