I can hardly remember to send a shout out to those who are most definitely deserving and you folks at the Mount Shasta Recycling Center are without a doubt the best recycling company that I have ever had the pleasure to visit. you have so many wonderful people who are dedicated and knowledgeable when it comes to recycling and much more. I have gotten on a first name basis with them. What I mean is. I may not remember their names but I can promise you this they know mine! As soon as I pull up to get ready to unload and separate my cans and bottles I will hear hi Miss Noa how’s your day going so far! It makes me feel like I’m worth the effort! You all at the Mount Shasta Recycling Center are amazing, beautiful and wonderful people! Thank you for all that you do! I see how hard you work day in and day out! When I was there with my large load of recycling, making sure I had it all sorted the gentleman came over to help me get the tubs over. I hadn't asked for help as when I started he was busy with another customer so I was surprised and grateful when he came over after finishing with them. They always are so helpful no matter which vehicle I'm using or how much of what items. As it was a good load that was a good bit of gas money to run errands with to take care of my son.

Everytime I go to take my cans and bottles back, the guys that weighs your stuff and pays you is extremly rude and today I caught him scamming me, putting the trash can full of my cans half way on the scale and then stacking 2 cans on top of each other and doing the same thing. When i called him out he glared at me, weighed my last 2 cans , didnt reweigh the other cans and paid me less than i should of gotten.
