I was on a job trip with my co-worker doing a delivery at Mt. Shasta, we only had some coffee and crackers for breakfast, by 2 pm we were done working so we looked for a mexican restaurant , I ordered Molcajete dish and my co-worker ordered carne asada plate. I was expecting an authentic mexican Molcajete Dish, the Molcajete plate was plastic🫣, the food had canned mushrooms😬, Im mexican and I've tried a few authentic Molcajete plates, and none of them had canned mushrooms, the tortillas that they give you, they look like they just heat them up on the microway, they are not hand made obviously. also, if wand spicy salsa, they don't have any hand made salsa, they will bring you red or green salsa from the can. Im so dissapointed at this place, I always believe that everyone needs an oportunity , but they shoul also train their employees to make it happen, no matter if they ar salvadorian or american working on a mexican restaurant. My waitress was...

Caso Ramos is a Mexican restaurant located in Mount Shasta California.. It is clean and has plenty of seating.. The prices are fair.. The staff is friendly and attentive.. It has a small bar. You can host business or 🥳 party's. Parking is close and safe.. Now the fun stuff how about the food you ask? The food is pretty good. Lots of options with food and drink Free refills on soda. They have adult beverages special drinks. They have Mexican music in background not to loud just perfect.. Nice pictures on walls of history of Mexican people..The wait time is very good..Food gets to the tables fast. You also get free chips and salsa while you wait for your food.. They have combination plates. You can get food to go.The food itself is good classic Mexican food. Decent proportions on plates. Clean plates and silverware and glasses.. Very friendly and food is very good.. I recommend to any who visit or drive through mount Shasta.. I give it 8 out...

Absolutely HORRID service. Me and my boyfriend just got done camping, we are also different looking (tattoos, piercings, band shirts). Immediately when walking in this restaurant the staff ignored us completely. They took 3 people to go seat before us, even though they came after us. After this happened we went to sit down(honestly thinking about leaving). When we sat down at the table there was no water(even though everyone around us had water). We very politely asked for water and a lady told us she would get some. 15 minutes later when we still had no water I asked a blonde curly haired woman nicely again for water, she rudely snapped back and said they were really busy and working on it....NO ONE SHOULD GET JUDGED ON THE WAY THEY LOOK. this staff marginalized me and made me feel different, bullied, and unwanted. Do not spend ur money here on ignorance. Drive a...

The Hostess/Greeter was very nice. Great food, chips and salsa. Nice atmosphere. Clean environment. Service was not so great. The server acted like she was bothered by us being there and she was very slow and not very attentive. She didn't tell my wife that the plate was hot when she brought our food to the table so when my wife touched it, she got a little surprise. She didn't ask if we needed anything else when she brought out our food. She didn't bring our drinks until after she brought out our food. I understand people have their off days but in the service/restaurant business you need to be on your game otherwise people may go elsewhere even if the food is great. Would have been 5 stars if the service was on par. We may be back at another time as the food was very good. Hopefully the service will be better next time.

Just coming through town and looking for some decent food. Our expectations were exceeded. First of all the moody host other reviews talked was not there, just a chipper young lady and friendly staccato wait on us. The drinks are fab and also giant, make sure you can walk home. The food, we got fajitas for 2, were absolutely fabulous. Like an 11 on scale of 1-10. Super flavorful and tender. It was the recco from our waitress and it did not disappoint. Our little human was super into the chip & dip, but realized too late it was a little hot, the staff saw this and brought us a milder salsa for her to munch on. Our little wiener dog could join the party on the deck as well. He celebrated by barking. Would go back, considering driving there from PDX just for the fajitas.
