Let me begin by acknowledging the superior service received for a very worry some situation. While on vacation I noticed a diamond was lost from my wedding ring and some where loose. After a search of the net to find a adequate jeweler to assist in assessing and obtaining a reset became quite a task. I searched the net for a jeweler within driving distance and able to reset the missing stone and tighten the loose ones. This became quite daunting as the ring has “ fire and ice “ supporting stones to the main stone of the ring. The ring was custom made and is a one of a kind. Upon contacting and conversing with Jennifer a schedule was set and the ring was left. Upon assessing and having the jeweler ( Chris ) evaluate it was determined that a reset was no problem ! And a tightening and cleaning would be done. I left the ring ( during the holidays ) and was told would be back in touch the following week of Christmas. I was notified prior to Christmas they had located a Fire and Ice replacement and would have the week of New Years. I was elated to say the least !!!!!! And as promised the stone came in and the ring was back as nothing ever was lost or missing. The workmanship and staff cannot be complemented enough!!!!!!! I will be doing future business with Carter’s and hope to have another piece made to complement my existing ring and necklace.

This place is amazing! This is the only place I shop for jewelry. My husband and I got our wedding rings from here. My husband's was custom made for what he wanted, so was mine. If I am looking for something, I just give them a call, see if they have what I'm looking for (and they usually do) then they will go take pictures for me and text them to me, I tell them what I want and all I have to do is stop by and pick it up. They are always great about cleaning my jewelry, at no cost, any time I stop by and ask, even if the jewelry was not bought there. They do quick repairs, some at no cost. The staff are always friendly and helpful and will answer all my questions, and I have a lot, amd never get frustrated or short tempered as I have experiencedother places. They are the best place to shop. I also love that they have such a variety of items available from rings, watches, necklaces, bracelets, wallets, jewelry boxes, new and used items, and if they don't have it in stock, they will do everything they can to find it for you. You will not regret...

I dont do posts, but this is important. They took care of MY MOST PRICELESS ITEM. Thank you so much to Carter's jewel chest. I went in with something that probably cost 50 bucks 23 years ago, which is when I got it. I was met with this young lady, that didn't lest me stand there for even a second, Jess right away.. LIKE RIGHT AWAY... I handed her my necklace. Asked jer that I needed a price to fix it. Gave it to her.. I looked at all kinds of diamonds.. Real and Lab grown, because they have whatever you might need.. anything from $60-$100,000.. probably more.. idk. . I didn't get as far as $75,600, but I imagine they go higher-priced. She came back with it... my most important thing in this world fix.. and.. CLEANED without asking. I'll never get married, but they have so much more to offer... I'll never go anywhere else again. 899 out of 1000, only because they could have offered popcorn.. I love some freaking...
