Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Mountain Home

Very unhappy with the service from this Papa John’s location today. I attempted to call and place an order for pick up as I was leaving a family members home thinking it would be ready by the time I got there. When I called I was placed on hold and I was kept on hold for the entire drive from my parents home to the restaurant which was about 10 minutes. Since I was still on hold when I got to the store I decided to just park and go in where I found two employees sitting in the corner talking the other was playing on his phone in plain sight of me just towards the back of the kitchen. I stood at the counter for a few minutes but was not offered help so I called and the only reason an employee came upfront was to answer my phone call. So of course then I had to wait 20 minutes in the building since my car was never answered to be placed over the phone. So...

I called today to place the same order I have many many times before. the order is cheesy bread with bacon and jalapenos. I was told by someone identifying themselves as a shift manager they cannot put jalapenos on cheesy bread!!??🤔🤬.. They proceeded to tell me I've never had it that way and I'm the one that has ordered it and eaten it that way. I've got it that way from other locations. Whoever this shift manager was, does not need to be a manager if they handle customer service this way. I additionally spoke with someone named "Myra" who identified themselves as the general manager. She further told me that even if I purchase the jalapenos they could not put them on the bread and cook it. I have gotten it this way many times???🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 What has happened to...

So I decide to use this coupon it says any dessert but doesn’t give you the option of any dessert online. So I just clicked the cinnamon pull aparts. I call up there to see if they can switch the cinnamon bites to Oreo bites cause we really wanted the Oreo bites. The guy on the phone says they can’t do that since they are different prices. I told him we would pay extra for the Oreo bites since that’s what we really want. So I ask him the prices and get told what we want is actually $2 less. He refused to switch it, terrible customer service. If we pay for something we should be able to get what we actually want.
