Had a wonderful experience with Jason from Poseidon Plumbing!

We live in a townhouse that was built in the mid 80's and the plumbing probably hasn't been touched since then. The two issues I sought help for were a constant dripping from my bathtub faucet and a very hard-to-flush toilet. Jason explained immediately, after seeing the leak in the tub, that it wasn't coming from the faucet as I had thought, but the shower body valve. The valve was located behind an adjacent wall, which required cutting a hole for access and replacement. Jason also noted that newer models of tub handles and faucets were available if I chose to replace the ones I had. I opted for new ones and I'm so happy I did.

The toilet had calcium deposits that had built up over the years. This made it difficult to flush and have the handle return to its original position. Everything in the tank had to be replaced and some accommodations made due to the age of the toilet.

Jason was great, providing a clear, detailed explanation of the work to be done and explaining what was performed when the job was finished. After completion, the bathroom was left clean and tidy.

Making an appointment was simple, and the response time was excellent. Throughout the process, I received emails relating to scheduling and follow-up on my service. At the end, the invoice listed all of the steps, again in great detail, that were taken to correct my issues.

Jason assigned the installation work to Frank Higgins, who did an absolutely fantastic job. Frank is incredibly friendly, helpful, and patiently answered every single question I had during the installation. He executed the work flawlessly. As an added bonus, Frank went above and beyond to clean up everything afterward, even removing the old toilets and all the packaging boards.
