Denville True Value is the only place i shop. Tecnically yes a chain store but the denville store exemplifies personal, friendly, small town service...great crew...they know their customers and go out of their way to make sure you walk out with exactly what you need. when you walk in with a return without a receipt and they say "don't worry, we know you..." and walk out with cash in your hand you know you are in the right place......good luck getting that kind of service at...

It's really too bad there's no longer many stores like this. Well the big box stores are okay for certain things and they have more inventory it's always nice to come to a store where you know somebody and can give you more personalized service. I haven't been to the store since the change of ownership years ago but I would say they do a nice job and I wouldn't hesitate...

Great personal service. The people that work here are very friendly and helpful. Can find what I am looking for almost all of the time, and when I can't- they are able to provide information on where to get it. It is a great hardware store that is close...
