Very consistent with their mistakes, so at least you won't be surprised. We'd order iced coffee and about half the time they'd forget the coffee, it was just milk, sugar, and ice. They regularly mess up making their normal hot coffee, either running out and not having more started during the morning rush, being out of cups, or forgetting the grounds and putting out hot water. Sandwich orders are regularly messed up, in addition to simply forgetting or swapping ingredients, often the ingredients centered in the sandwich and not spread out, leading to bites of only toppings with the meats on the ends. More than one occusion they forgot the meat on the sandwich.

Awful experience! We love to go to WAWA'S, especially my son, and we were excited to happen on this location on our way home from a beautiful vacation... BUT NOT THIS ONE! Food was substandard, no place to sit inside or out, service was TERRIBLE and clerks were rude as hell and not at all helpful. They treated patrons as if they were an unwelcome inconvenience. Not just my family. They treated everyone that way. Staff totally ignored customers. I think this is the most horrible place that I have ever visited in all my life. WAY BELOW 1 star. I am so tired of walking away from Wawa only to find coffee in my tea. Its not even the employees fault. The standard recipe instructions for the matcha latte are just unclear so half the time somone who doesnt know puts an expresso in it because it asks them to use the expresso tools when making it.
