City Drug of Bridger Valley has gone downhill since they started. Depending on the employee, some employees are really helpful and others don’t double check their work.

We have a prescription that is issued every month. For the past nine months, they argue with me that they don’t have the prescription. Unless it is Robbie or one other gal, then they are able to find the prescription in their system. It is really frustrating. They always say they will send a request, but nothing happens unless I call the provider.

I also didn’t get charged for a prescription and several weeks later they wanted me to find my receipt to prove that I paid for it. I don’t keep receipts that long. I had to go out of my way to go back in and pay for it.
