Valley Espresso Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Mountain View

The barista was super friendly. Fast service. Our coffee, lemonade, kid-temp cocoa, and cranberry almond oatmeal were all delicious. I'm from Washington, and I moved here 10 years ago. There is a specific drink that I like to have, and this is the first time it's been made perfectly since I moved here. It's like a sip from home, only better, because I'm in Wyoming. 😉 We are looking forward to trying the bagels when they're back in stock. I'm thankful there is a loyalty program. A couple of suggestions - a more detailed menu would be helpful so we don't have to ask so many questions. Also, muffins or muffin tops would be a wonderful addition to the menu. I went here this past weekend when I was visiting my grandfather's ranch in Lyman. I am from the Phoenix, AZ area and am very much used to having a million coffee shops near me in every direction. I planned the trip expecting to have to subject myself to convenience store coffee when I learned about this coffee shop. I just had to go and was so glad I did! Not only is it basically the only shop of its kind for miles around, but it has gf loaf cakes and their coffee was AMAZING. They had alternative milk options and so many sugar-free syrup options. I was in heaven. I don't know the next time I'll be in Wyoming, but when I am I will be stopping for coffee here...

When I ordered, I had asked for black coffee and a snickerdoodle, and was told "We haven't sold that in a while, but we have an Americono." So I ordered that and a snickerdoodle. When I got my order, the Americono was overly bitter and I did not get a snickerdoodle, but a caramel, chocolate, peanut butter thing. While there is room for improvement not bad...
