Excellent Service! My entire crew and I, showed up to eat right before closing time, which Is something I typically try and avoid. Even though I'm sure the employees were anticipating being done for the day, you never would have noticed. They treated us just like everyone else, greated us and were very kind and pleasant. This restaurant offered us amazing service, and an even better meal after a hard days work. The food is incredible and the portions were large enough that every one of my "starving" laborers left the place with ToGo boxes half full of tacos or whatever else they ordered. This is the kind of restaurant that employers can use as a treat or reward to their hardworking employees, and be certain that their appreciation of them is recognized. Thank you Fiesta Guadalajara, for making me the "Best boss ever! My guys and I cannot wait to come back for more of your delicious food.. (5 stars is an under statement! Hands down the best place within a hundred...
Read moreHad lunch on a Saturday afternoon. They opened promptly at 11:30. The restaurant was clean and we were immediately seated. Chips were good and crispy with bit of salt. The salsa was ok - thinner and dominated by green onions. We tried enchiladas, tacos, tamales, cheese dip and the Molcajete. Enchiladas and tacos were average. Cheese dip was very thick and tasted right. It stuck to the chips well so no scooping requires. The tamales were exceptional. The Molcajete came with chicken, steak, and bacon wrapped shrimp cooked in a broth with nopales and roasted jalapeno. The broth contained a considerable amount of lime juice so if you love lime this is for you. It was not too overpowering though. The chicken and steak were tender likely partially because of the lime. The shrimp were good and I would say typical for bacon wrapped shrimp cooked overall we enjoyed our meal and I would...
Read moreWe were seated right away and our food came out very fast. The service was exceptional and the staff exceedingly friendly. The food was … not good. We had beef tacos and chicken fajitas. The beef was chewy and not seasoned. It was smothered in a sauce the menu described as mildly spicy but it was basically grocery store enchilada sauce. The chicken was seasoned with something that reminded us of Indian tandoori chicken - and it was the same red color. It was tender but the flavor was strange. The refried beans though were tasty. We felt bad that we couldn’t finish our food since the staff was so kind and tried so hard but it just...
