Purchased a carport from this company and have to say that the customer service from them and Eagle Carports is severely lacking. Installers we sent out from out of state and none of the three could speak a word of English. This is not a prejudiced statement, it is just a fact that you must be able to communicate with at least one of the people running the job. Issues come up that need to be discussed and that was not possible with this crew. As it turned out, i purchased a ground package which involves installing mobile home anchors which were not all installed .I contacted customer service at both places and did not receive a resolution and have not heard a word from Eagle.
