Pizza Inn — Restaurant in Mountain View

FAMILY FRIENDLY - We were on camping trip in Mountain View for a few days and decided to go to town for dinner. Sunday evening we went to a local pizza place that was recommended, but once we arrived, it was very dark and didn't seem very kid friendly. So we decided to go elsewhere. We were still in the mood for pizza, so we decided to stop in at Pizza Inn. Once we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly gentlemen named Brandon. We thought he was a cook due to the apron and attire, but turns out he was the manager. The place was clean, well lit and had a small arcade in the back for kids. The food was good and every employee that we spoke with was very friendly.

We tried to win our daughter a stuffed animal from the game that she seemed very excited about, but were unsuccessful. After playing with her in the arcade for a few minutes, we got back to our table and there was a stuffed animal sitting in the center. Needless to say, our 3 year old was thrilled. Come to find out, the manager Brandon went and won a toy for her.

The rest of our evening, the service was excellent and our drinks were never empty. The food alone was enough for us to go back, but we will definitely come back on our next stay in Mountain View, strictly b/c of the the atmosphere and the way our family was treated by the staff.

Update… do not do online order!! Placed my order at 3 for 545 pick up they cooked it at 3 after waiting 30 min they handed me the pizza that they cooked at 3!! If I wouldn’t have asked for the manager they would have sent me home with half burnt old pizza. This is the worst experience I have ever had!! Did not get fresh pizza till after 7 and it still wasn’t what I ordered and was over cooked. I will not be going back ever!! They can’t even make a mess up right and wanted to act like I shouldn’t be Annoyed with how they situation was handled. They should have just givin me my money back

My boyfriend and I went to Pizza Inn for dinner on a Sunday. Elena Jarvis both greeted and seated us with an upbeat attitude and smile. She was the only one greeting and seating that night. She was consistant with her positive, friendly vibe with everyone that walked into the restaurant. She performed all of her responsibilities with the same attitude the entire time we were there! She not only greeted and seated that night, but she also cleaned off every table, was attentive to every customer by taking care of their needs, restocked the Salad bar several times, and checked everyone out! She was extremely efficient and did not miss a beat! If we personally owned a restaurant, she would be our model employee!!!!!
