Decent stock, nothing exceptional. My main problem was the staff. I have a dog that is in training and clearly marked that. I feel that employees of a pet store should be respectful of animals in training. In this case, I have a Belgian Malinois with slight people reactivity if not introduced correctly. An employee attempted to touch my dog without permission, I asked the employee to not touch my dog as he was obviously uncomfortable with the employee's advance. The employee stated, "oh no, it's fine I'm familiar with Shepherds". I feel this response is absolutely unacceptable. As an owner who has this dog in a strict training regime and has spent over 8k on training, I took strong offense to this statement. One simple mistake could set us back in training significantly. Awesome store, always worth the extra trip! They only carry top notch animal products, so you can be sure whatever you buy for your pet, be food or toys, is going to be high quality. The store is clean, well stocked and well maintained. The service is great too, always nice to chat a bit with their friendly employees. I have visited many times, but today I went in in search of a particular tin of weruva cat food that my picky cat absolutely loved, and there was a weruva brand associate there while I visited who helped me choose a suitable substitute when I realized Pet Adventure was out of the other flavor. So, I only buy from locally for my pets. We adopted COVID-Shelter cats had no idea as we have always had farm critters. We bought our 2 cat carriers, all food, all litter, all wet food and toys from Pet Adventure. Apparently we brought the nicest cat carriers the shelter has ever seen. Everyone who works there is amazing and actually remembers our pets due to videos. Lol I have read reviews about pet products online and always find something bad. Pet Adventure has not done me wrong and my critters are weird. One even has medical problems but worth it. Always have updated toys and a great selection of products.
