Have a hard time rating this course. The holes are actually quiet fun and challenging to play. Lots of elevation change, a number of narrow shots, particular angles to hit; this course has a lot going for it. However...
There is one sign on the entire course, and it's to differentiate the tee pads for 7 and 8. That's it. No maps, no signage to indicate the next hole, no signage to offer directions in the (frequently) long or winding routes to get to the next tee, nothing to warn passers by that they are entering a fairway. Nothing.
The course also crosses over walking paths (with limited visibility) on 6 or 7 holes, and several walks to the next tee pad will have you blindly walking directly into the path of flight. The worst though, is hole 11, which has you throw directly down the walking path towards a blind corner. If someone is walking the opposite direction, good luck! Overall, these issues make the course very frustrating to play in spite of how fun the holes are. Can't say I'm likely to be back any time soon, since in the several years since I last played here I've seen no...
Read moreLarge 18 hole course nestled in a park. The course can be hard to follow at times, so using the Udisk app is helpful. The first four holes are fun to play as they are a part of the sloped terrain. After you cross the street to the other holes I would reccomend being selective which ones you play. On hole five the long grass field is muddy all the way to the hole. Also be aware you tee off near the same spot for hole seven and eight. Skip hole eighteen entirely unless you're confident in your ability to throw at a very paticular angle downwards. Otherwise it may end up lost in a mess of furns or past the hole and down tyr hill. Overall, the course could use upkeeping with mud and a guide through the course. Unfortunately, people have vandilized the signs and torn them down. It could be a great course, but the layout needs to improve. It is worth playing through if you're in the area or passing through as it is...
Read moreFun course but make sure and bring your brightly colored discs as it would be super easy to lose a disc on this course. Not well marked and hard to find where the next pad is. Pads don't have any indication of which direction or how far. No map. We would have been totally lost and missed most of the course if we didn't run into someone who had played it before and was nice enough to tell us where to go and how to make it through.
Update: tried this course again and someone has been spending some upkeep time as it has improved; not nearly as overgrown and a second play through helps with the lack of labeling . A lot of the course is played along the walking paths, so expect interruptions in play from other people using the park. Still not my favorite...
