No need to book any other dress shopping appointments if you go with Bridal Beginning! First, they have you create a wishlist prior to your appointment of dresses you like from their online list of designers they carry. This was quite a process looking through hundreds of dresses online, but it was incredibly helpful and efficient being able to narrow down my favorite dresses online. On the day of my appointment, they were sure to have a rack ready of any of those specific dresses that they had in store, as well as anything similar based on my style preference. I ended up not liking any of the ones I chose online, and Laurena and Kelcie were happy to keep pulling dresses from their HUGE inventory that they thought I might like. Laurena was THE BEST. She listened to every comment my guests and I made, and pointed out our expressions/reactions to certain dresses when I was having difficulty narrowing it down. She made me feel very comfortable and I never felt rushed. Eventually, she brought out THE ONE, which was part of a trunk show event that weekend. So I even got to meet the designers of my dress! It made the whole experience truly magical. The entire shop was telling me how perfect the dress was on me, and everyone I’ve shown it to since has been telling me it was “made for me.” I had two other appointments scheduled for that weekend at other bridal shops, so I didn’t say yes just yet. But my experience at those shops was so disappointing compared to my experience at Bridal Beginning. At those shops, the consultants didn’t seem as excited or helpful as Laurena was. I also had to pick through the racks, which some brides might like, but it did not feel as efficient as Bridal Beginning's process. I would rather trust the experts and their knowledge of their inventory than waste time sorting through racks by myself. Anyway, despite them being super busy, Bridal Beginning allowed me to come back the next day to say yes to the dress! I am so appreciative that they made room for me to come back before that dress left with the trunk show for the weekend! Thank you to everyone who helped me find my dress. I cannot say enough good things about Bridal Beginning! I had been to one bridal shop in Philly to prepare for this appointment and did not have the most pleasant experience. The process was not fun and I left there overwhelmed and nervous I may not find what I was looking for. I went home and designed my wishlist for Bridal Beginning to prepare for the appointment (definitely a must). From the second I reached out to this boutique, I knew the experience was going to be a much better one! They were quick to respond to my questions and always personable and professional. Kristen was absolutely phenomenal! My family and I cannot say enough good things about her and cannot recommend her enough! She made the appointment effortless and made me feel beautiful and confident in each dress. She moved through dresses efficiently (which was great for me, but also never made me feel rushed in any way). She listened to why I did and did not like certain dresses and then went back to find other options that were exactly within the realm of what I was looking for. We ended up with the third dress I tried on but exhausted all options to be certain and when we got down to the final few, we walked into the the larger part of the studio with tons of natural light to further narrow it down. She was extremely knowledgable, professional, down to earth, and just all around the best! She helped me to find exactly what I was looking for and what looked best on me. She and her team even reached out to the designer to ensure that a custom change could be made. I was supposed to have a second appointment at another shop the next day, but ultimately cancelled because I loved the dress and loved the entire process at Bridal Beginning! This appointment was everything I could have asked for and more and I'm still smiling about their entire process. I cannot say enough great things about my Bridal Beginning experience! I went to a couple of bridal boutiques in my local area and had started feeling like I’d never find a dress. I was so discouraged!

At the recommendation of my planner, I made an appointment with Bridal Beginning. I was immediately impressed with how organized the pre-appointment process was, from the scheduling to the worksheet that I filled out to provide information about my wedding and styles I liked.

Sara was my consultant and was such a joy to work with. She is so friendly and warm and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. She had BEAUTIFUL dresses pulled for me when I got there and was so patient with me (as I tried to figure out what I truly envisioned for myself…spoiler alert: I think she already knew. That’s how good she is!). She listened to my thoughts on each dress as I tried them on, and, wouldn’t you know it, one of the dresses she selected for me ended up being the PERFECT dress for me!

I elected to have my alterations done at Bridal Beginning, too, because I trusted the boutique so much after the care and attention I’d had throughout the shopping process. The alterations process was top-notch, as well. I was so impressed by the scheduling call, during which I scheduled all of my fittings and received detailed explanations about what to expect at each fitting appointment. There’s no one else besides Aida that I would’ve wanted to alter my dress! She was knowledgeable and confident. I didn’t even flinch when she cut length from my dress during the second appointment! My alterations were PERFECT, and the finished product is stunning! And, one of the best parts about my last fitting appointment was getting to see Sara again. I truly felt like Aida, Sara, and the rest of the staff were as excited for my wedding and the dress as I was!
