Dear Coffee Tree Roasters Management,

As a loyal customer who visits your Beverly Road location daily, I want to share some concerns about declining service quality and ongoing supply issues. And in general a lack of support and interest in your Beverly road location.

The most pressing issue is the deteriorating quality of your decaf espresso, which has become undrinkable - a concern shared by other regular espresso customers. This directly impacts my daily half-caf orders and has been ongoing for many months.

My concerns include:

Your location has been out of sparkling water for several weeks now, with no resolution in sight Earlier issues that took excessive time to resolve included weeks without sugar availability and persistent daily fire alarms over the summer Gift cards are frequently unavailable, including during peak holiday season when I attempted to purchase $100 worth for Lincoln Elementary teachers and had to buy from Meditarra instead Recently you were out of espresso beans for an extended period

While I appreciate your staff and have been disappointed to see recent turnover, these operational issues need attention. I value supporting local businesses and hope these matters can be addressed.

Only been here couple of times. Their iced coffees are good and normally the atmosphere is welcoming, but yesterday wasn’t the best. My mother and I came in whenever they were about to close in 5-10 minutes. Before hand, we told them if it was alright and they completely said yes. While my mother already got her coffee and was waiting outside. I was standing near the “pickup” station. Noticed the one girl had a very rude look on her face and was whispering something to the other. Whenever my coffee was ready, said thank you and you guys have a nice day. After, also mentioned that I was really sorry and appreciate them making the drinks and taking us. The one who gave me my drink didn’t even say anything and just gave a rude look as well. Understand that they were going to be closing and that it is very annoying when ur cleaning up and someone pops in, but if they were going to be annoyed about it, they could have nicely...

I drive past this place every morning @5:30 on my home from work. Plenty of parking at that hour, unfortunately the store is not open then either :-(

I stopped by today though on my way into work and like most stores in Mt. Lebanon if was very nice inside, similar to a Starbucks in style but more original, I very much liked the interior. Lighting, colors, and overall atmosphere was very pleasing.

The staff was friendly enough I wish parking was more plentiful then what it is when I go through that area but I will be back regardless. I will have to examine this place in more detail the next time but so...
