Not only do they have the main store, but they are adding a couple spots next door with places for cleaning/fixing machines and for classes! He is so patient, kind and understanding. I have been wanting a multi-needle since I first thought about getting an embroidery machine a decade ago. Five years ago I got a pre-owned Destiny and once that needed to be fixed I went with the Meridian. Well, this week I picked up a Venture 10 needle machine, thanks to Steven. He walked us through everything, let us thread the machine, try changing a needle, setting up a hat to embroider using the hat hoop and made sure we felt comfortable with taking our large purchase home to set up. Well it is set up and awaiting threading today! Thanks so much for always being willing to work with us and help us with our many many questions. I almost forgot Zach (sorry Zach!) He just did my sergers first cleaning/fixing after having it for 4 years? Amazing! Did a fantastic job--thanks! To think it all began with a basic serger purchase, then embroidery machine, then upgrading the serger, adding in the Soprano, then getting the Meridian and now a 10 needle machine. After two or three weeks, I call and they tell me itās on backorder so I have to cancel the order because I know I will never get it. They donāt contact me. I have to contact them to find out. And I see that they keep trying to sell those things on their lives when they are backordered . They do not contact you if your order is on back order. I have always waited for at least two weeks for 10 business days. Then I call and they get a little snotty with me when I ask where my order is. One time they told me that they couldnāt cut the fabric because the lady had been out for two weeks that does that. No apologies just why canāt you wait over a month for your order or more? Thatās kind of their attitude. I have to call on my orders every time I order. The only thing that has come to me in a good timeframe are high ticket items.
