Update: I reached out to Stephanie, owner of the salon, and she got me scheduled to redo my nails! Her customer service and prompt response and willingness to fit me in is wildly appreciated. She took the time to make sure my nails were seamless, the right shape and length, and flashy for me to show off. And I have more appointments booked with her for the coming months!

I was glad to get a spot from the waitlist this weekend because I had wanted to come here for a while! The studio itself is beautiful and looks so clean and chic. I would consider coming back, despite my experience. I was just a little sad at the level of service I received. The woman doing my nails spent more time having conversation with the client and artist next to us, and asked me maybe four questions in the hour and a half I was there. I was hoping for a little TLC while i was there, but I didn't feel very important. I'm shy so it is hard for me to initiate conversation, so because I didn't feel like I was being paid attention to I just asked for a solid color. Cuticle oil put on, then out the door. Edit: I just have to tell you about Alexa - she is absolutely AMAZING! She's not only incredibly nice and funny, but she pays such close attention to detail that time just flies by when I'm with her! The talent these ladies have is truly indescribable. Every time I get my nails done, they surpass my expectations, and the compliments I receive afterwards are nonstop. This is hands down the best place for nails in PGH!

Got a full set 4.5 weeks before this visit by week two 4 of the nails popped off completely. I had the owner this time and she constantly made faces and comments while doing my nails. My two sisters and my mother had to go somewhere else after not even two weeks and get new full sets.
