Needle & Bean is such a cool spot! It’s the perfect mix of a cozy coffee shop and a vinyl record store, right in Mt. Lebanon. The vibe is super chill and modern—clean lines, warm wood accents, and just the right amount of minimalist charm. It’s a great place to relax or get some work done.
The coffee? Amazing. They’ve got everything from lattes to drip coffee, and the pastries from Potomac Bakery are a nice bonus. But what really sets this place apart is the record selection. It’s all about independent labels and genres like jazz, punk, alternative, and classic rock. It feels like every record on the shelves was picked with care.

My step dad had their dark roast and said it was delicious, he would even like to get beans next time to take home! I personally had the Fake Coffee tea latte. It was absolutely delicious!! I added honey and it was perfectly sweet.
The shop itself is very nice, clean, and cozy. It is definitely a spot I could hang out for a few hours to get some work done or even read a book! The vinyl selection is fairly large.. there’s certainly something...
