This is the 4th year I have had a half of a beef processed at fishers in portland. Last year i noticed that when i defrost my steaks 75% of the packages leaked like they was not sealed properly. I assumed there vacuum sealer was on its last leg. This year I still have the same problem, and on top of that I ordered my steaks 1" thick but they are 1/2" thick.
