I come here a lot with some friends and we are always pretty pleased each time, but last night was so bad I don’t think I’ll be going back. Ever. It was pretty busy, which is fine. We found a couple booths to sit in but the issue was half of my group never got served. Waitress walked by multiple times. So we went to the bar to order. Because it’s a bar, you would think you’d be able to order up there, right? Well no. I was very rudely told to go back to the table, someone would be there. When I expressed no, some of us have been waiting for over 20 minutes, he still didn’t offer help. Finally, they got their drinks. Second issue was some of the group ordered two whiskey shots and never got it. Just straight up never brought the shots out. Then a girl in my group asked for 6 lemon drop shots. A lot of time elapsed and we never got them, so she asked again, still never got them? Very weird. I know it’s karaoke night and it was busy, but I’ve seen Brothers, The Chug, and other places much more busy. Like elbow to elbow. And you still get your drinks. Truth be told, they should close down if they can’t serve a large crowd. Then to top it off, their card reader machine wasn’t working. ATM inside the bldg wasn’t working either? So basically you had to go to a bank, withdraw money; then come back. Lmao. Just a bizarre experience. Based on a lot of the “bartenders” attitudes, I highly doubt I’ll be back. So much ugliness in one building isn’t good for anyone. Plus side is the drinks are cheap. But only if you actually...

We loved champs. We have been going for awhile now. Nice bar, clean and food good and beer was cold. Waitress were very friendly and nice. But tonight the bartender was very loud when we walked in and wanted us to come right up and sit at the bar and get a drink . Then he said unless u want to wait on a waitress. We said we are eating and wanted to sit in the booth we usually sat in. It was like he wanted us to sit at bar and spend money and tip him maybe instead of waitress. Was weird. Bartender has never talked to us before. My son and I played some pull tabs after we ate and my son went up to cash his in and gave to the bartender. He won $10 on one and $1 on 2, total of $12. Bartender cashed them out and only gave my son $7 back. My son said you still owe me $5. Bartender got loud and started yelling at my son and called him a liar. My son said sounds like you are drunk and walked away and came and told us what happened. Waitress then came over and apologize and was almost in tears and said I saw the ticket it was $10 win and my husband and I both saw it too. WE WILL NOT BE BACK AS LONG AS THAT BARTENDER IS WORKING THERE. IT IS TOO BAD BECAUSE THE OWNERS ARE GOING TO LOSE ALOT OF GOOD CUSTOMERS...

Linda was the most unprofessional bartender I have ever had an experience with. My friend ordered Vegas bombs which were $4.50 a shot. After taking the first shot we noticed that they were poorly made, my friend went to the front and said that he would pay for the shot he had taken but wanted to return the other two shots and have them voided off the bill. The bartender said that someone had to pay for them because “the man” always gets paid. Linda then went on about how she’s been bartending for 28 years and about how she knows what she was doing. After this all happened, she continued to talk to the other guests at the bar and making fun of the situation. The entire thing was very unprofessional and as long as Linda is a bartender there we will not be back. From bartender to bartender this was definitely the worst bar experience I have ever had. As someone who claims to have had 28 years experience you would think she would have simply just remade the shots as any other bartender would have. Nothing against the establishment as a whole, but as long as Linda is there my friends and I will not...
