Let me tell you that first of all when I first made the Xfinity mobile account, I brought myself, my kids and my mother on my plan. The first problem I ran into and kept giving a run around is ported all over numbers and for some reason they couldn't port my sons like they never told me they couldn't. They just kept telling me they're working on it and I was paying for his service from December to July. Getting told the same thing. They're working on it. Second problem I occurred was the phone plan the amount it was supposed to be kept changing every month it would go down. It would go up and we were all on unlimited. My mother has mestatic breast cancer and she had surgery in June on her t1 vertebrae because the cancer attacked it and she had to get roads put in her back in a whole lot of other things it was awful well at the same time my card what was on file was hacked in. I had to get a new one. Well with everything going on with my mom totally slipped my mind to update my card. So here comes then to July they cut my service off. No big deal. Updated card paid but that's when the horrible problems starts. My phone has not worked when I say worked. I have had no service since August I've called repeatedly about all these problems. I was supposed to be getting contact by Eric but I keep trying to explain through his email. I do not have a phone. No one can call me. No one and caring for my mom who's dying of breast cancer. I think it's a little ridiculous that I cannot get no one to respond. I call him every day and nothing. Nothing. I'll leave voicemails nothing no emails. Nothing like I'm paying for service that I'm not receiving because I'm don't want to mess up my credit. I'm serious at this point. I’ve been a customer for years, I talked my family into coming aboard and they were so nice switching them from ATT to xfinity offered sooo many deals and were great. Until the bill came. All those deals were not present and we were paying way over what we were promised. Went in several time to be told they forgot the promos and would be paid for the mistake. Then ghosted over and over again. Said they would call us back or emailed and never ever did. Last time went in asked to speak to the manager who we were dealing with but was told she was too busy in the back to come out. Asked to speak to her boss and got the deer in the headlights look. So hopefully this gets somewhere. Also tried to call corporate but got a hold of someone after being on hold for over an hour that couldn’t speak English. Company clearly doesn’t give two cents about their customers after the deal is done. Not even busy today and boss is too busy to come out and talk to us waited over an hour towards the end absolutely no one in there but 4 associates that just sat around playing on their phones and a manager that wouldn’t come out and talk to us!...
Read moreI came to this store to returned some equipment and to get the tv box and sim card for my unlocked phone. The guy who talked to me was very helpful but forgot the name,Damon probably. I did all the things because i was upgrading my plan and got more plan. But sadly,i heard the other guy asked him what i was doing when i wasn't paying attention to them but i heard. So, if the xfinity customer didn't spend any money at the store and i didn't make the purchased with you guys it means i don't deserved to be served?that's so sad to have such a worst employee. I moved recently from Anderson and they were very nice to me and so helpful named Rachel, and i was about to give my business to Xfinity,but when i came to Muncie Xfinity store branch, i felt sad to hear that. Man, i'd never come to that store anymore because you'll only think how much money i could get from the comission if i have to serve 1 customer at the time. Muncie Store was very sucks,and i need to write this down, so you guys need to think hard enough that customer spend their money online nowadays,that's how the technologies. So sad!!!
