They were very timely and friendly when I called and requested a same day delivery. The quality of the flowers themself were good and healthy.

The quality of the arrangement was far from what was advertised. I requested one of two arrangements (for them to pick between based on what was in stock and in season) and instead I got a blend. They still had to substitute many of the flowers and failed to notify. The arrangement delivered was a far reach from what was requested as all they were placed in color clumps throughout the vase.

I called to let them know the quality was not what the website advertised and was told the online pictures were photoshopped and done by professional photographers/florists and they’re is no way for them to replicate them. They failed to fix the arrangement or offer any kind of refund because technically all the flowers I paid for (or something of equal value) were in the vase.

By age 70, you can imagine I have sent lots of flowers. In my early years, it was for romantic love, but now it is mostly to bring some cheer into the hearts and rooms of those who are sick or injured, and who need all the encouragement and family love they can get. Sending flowers also lets medical and caregiver staff know that we care and are standing by, which so often improves the care that is given. I have not had previous contact with them or the other florists in this city because I live on the west coast. I was so nervous ordering from out of state. I called this store and spoke to Judy. She took my order over the phone and took only a few minutes. She was WONDERFUL, made zero mistakes. My order was delivered within two hours same day?! I’m impressed. I don’t even get that speed from bigger flower shops. The bouquet was EXTREMELY beautiful and well put together. Perfect size like she said, everything was great. I have no complaints. Normandy really understood how much this gift meant to me and I’m really happy and impressed. I can’t recommend this...
