DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS SALON!!! This place doesn't even deserve one star!!! I'm a nail tech and a nail instructor and didn't feel like doing my nails myself so I went in there and asked for an acrylic pink & white set. The lady did a HORRIBLE job!!! I've had students in school who did a better job than she did! My nails were filed uneven, they looked wavy from the side because they didn't have enough acrylic in the back part of the nail and they hadn't been shaped correctly, they had lifting 2 days after getting them done, the acrylic was not applied correctly, my cuticles weren't trimmed, the gel polish was flooding into my cuticles and then they used this cheap gel topcoat that turned my white tips yellow the minute they cured it and was dull and cloudy. I didn't realize how bad they were while I was there and paid $40 for them assuming that they knew how to do nails. I fixed them myself as much as I could two days after getting them done since I know how to do them correctly. I called them and told them about how awful they looked and all of the problems there were and that I could have gotten nails that looked like that for $15. I told them they looked so bad and that I was charged $40 and they are the worst nails I've EVER had in my entire life and I told them I wanted half of my money back. They said they don't give anyone their money back, they only "fix" them, but I told her that if they were that bad in the first place, I'm not confident that they could fix them and make them look any better and that I was much more competent and skilled to fix them myself. After arguing with her for several minutes I asked her if they would at least give me a $20 credit towards another service to come back and she wouldn't even do that. They don't care about their customers at all. This place is a SCAM and should be closed down!!! They are rude and do really sloppy work with cheap products and overcharge you for it. I told them I would NEVER be back and would make sure everyone knows how horrible they are. I am so irate about how they treated me and the amount I was charged. DO NOT go to this salon!!! There are many other nail salons that charge a LOT less and do MUCH better nails where you get what you want and what you pay for. I will be contacting the Department of Public Licensing to file a complaint against them as well as the Better...

I will never return to this place. I have never been so disgusted with the lack of respect shown to its customers. I went for a pedicure with some friends. While we were sitting chatting one of the women, I assume the owner, began yelling at an elderly woman who was getting her nails done. She was being so demeaning to her and telling her to just let the nail technician do it the way she wanted. She was not taking into consideration what the customer wanted. Then, as if things couldn't get worse, the woman doing my pedicure cut me with one of the tools they use to get the skin off your feet. When I brought it to their attention, I was told by the gal doing a pedicure on someone next to me, "that was already there". I of course told them that "it most certainly was not there, she cut me!". I got somewhat of an apology. I understand that these things happen, however if the person doing my pedicure had been paying more attention it could have been avoided. Great place! Went here for a pedicure. Yes, there was a bit of a smell around the chairs we went to on the end as was mentioned in other reviews. But I'd still say this is worth the price. For $25 I got a pedicure that included a salt scrub and a hot stone massage. The women worked quickly and were friendly. We did have a bit of a wait, but we came as walk ins and they were a bit busy. Pretty good selection of polishes and colors. Lots of OPI bottles. There was a loud pump behind the chair on the end as well that made some noise every few minutes. Sitting and waiting wasn't a pleasant experience, but once the workers were starting on our pedicures, the chemical smells covered up whatever odd smell was coming from behind the last chair.
