Very pushy on upselling!! I ended up agreeing and then they rushed my treatment. So rushed, the lady threw the callus remover on my feet, went over it real quick and then without rinsing it, she opened the other packets of lavender scrub and oil, started putting it on my legs. She didnât even rinse my callus remover off and started rubbing it together all over my feet and legs.
I asked her what are you doing And she said âitâs OK. See. â From then I shouldâve got up and walked out but decided to be kind and forgiving.
Oh man did I make a mistake! It got worse!
Didnât enjoy one bit of my time spent there. And then she had the audacity to scheme in another charge. I had a guy doing a basic mani at same time - no nail polish or anything - just cuticle cleaning mainly. She (the lady doing my pedi) said âoh you do buff look nicer â because I had no nail polish at all on , just quick cleaning , I thought she was being kind on telling the guy to buff a little more. NOPE NO KINDNESS - A DECEIVING EXTRA CHARGE . When I questioned why my manicure was $40 that lady came yelling at me in the front making a scene .
Mind you, I was uncomfortable from the time she was rubbing callus remover all over my legs!
They are rude, deceiving, and very unprofessional!!! She embarrassed me coming yelling after I was kind letting her finish my feet by painting them. We agreed that she wasnât gonna charge me the premium package because it in fact was not done right. She didnât honor was was agreed when it can time to paying. I honestly shouldnât have paid NOR should they have made me, but I was uncomfortable in there for already for too long and wanted to leave. I ended up paying that up sale because of the scene the lady made !
Quite different from how she acted before I was I the register.
I Got cheated of relaxing , a thorough job , a lot of wasted time , and MONEY!
My nerves were shot . Didn't go in there to argue or be mistreated.
They can take their money and shove it in their lying deceitful mouth.
I will never go back! Even though Iâll have to drive further now , I will.
And definitely will not recommend them any longer!
Pic of my $40 mani. 10 min job.

đ¨ called today because I read the Owners response for the first time On offering me a refund , HANAH the so called owner gets on the phone with poor English telling me they DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. Then why write that??? đ¨ She was very cold and told me that itâs not something they do although they wrote it in the response???
It seemed like a sincere response so I called but yet again this business showed they donât care about their customers or reputation for that matter. Thank goodness, I took screenshot because she went in and took that part away.
More time, wasted of mine from this salon . âźď¸

Read moreI was burned by the collagen socks! It hurt so bad. I was scared for the hot stone massage. It completely ruined the pedicure. I tried to speak with the manager, they were unapologetic and rudely took a picture of my foot, zoomed in on it, and said nothing happened! I do not see anything. I have brown skin. I felt completely disregarded, she proceeded to walk away. I still paid for the pedicure but will not come back. I do not recommend this place. The customer service is awful.
The response from the owner is false. After letting them know my concern about being burned, which is not easy, I must add. I was brushed off by the manager. My skin is brown because I am a black woman, so a burn injury would not be as apparent right away like on fair skin. I work in the medical field. I know what a burn feels like. It is not sufficient to take a picture and zoom in on it and state nothing happened and then walk away. That is not only inconsiderate but disrespectful. I advised after speaking with management and not being offered anything at all to rectify the situation that I would be leaving a bad review. I did not ask for a refund. Although, because I was burned , I shouldn't have had to ask for a refund. But when nothing was offered, I said it was unacceptable, and I would be writing a bad review after I paid for a bad experience with their service. A pedicure shouldn't leave you in pain and cringing from being touched. I should have walked out. I hope this clarifies the situation! Now, for most people reading this back and forth between a business and a customer as well as the other review below. Would you want to be treated this way? Take this as a...
Read moreEDIT So the owner reached out to me and was very nice and apologetic and offered me my wedding nails if I gave them another chance. She scheduled me with Bella who did a great job, I'm happy with my nails, but as I was leaving I was handed a bill! It was discounted $20 only. I was told on the phone they would be free and I was prepared to tip well since Bella was so sweet and did a great job, but wasn't prepared to have to pay. I paid cash without saying a word and left. I'm sorry but I will not be back.
I've been here 4 times since they opened and I have to say after last night I will never go back. I know they are pricier than other close by salons but I had ok experiences before so I went back. I don't want to get too wordy but me and my 3 daughters got pedicures yesterday and when I say we were rushed through and given subpar services I'm being nice. I paid for the highest service and was out of there in 38 minutes. The provider gossiped the whole time with her friends and the pedicure was far from relaxing. One of my daughter's toes are already peeling and we paid for gel. But while we were there a lady was in complaining of the same issue and they argued with her about it, so we aren't bothering to go back. I spent close to $400 for 4 of us! For 38 minutes! Being that this was prep for my wedding,...
