Toro sushi — Restaurant in Murrieta

Clean spot it's just in the neighborhood of ours ! But kinda wish the server was more familiar with the menu . We order 1 appetizer the takoyaki it was good but it didn't come with mayo or eel sauce on top... which I'm use to so we asked for it on the side. But it was good ! When I was ordering my entree I asked for the chirashi bowl and asked the offense between the Korean one and regular one I've had it before so I was taken back when the waitress said oh it's PORK and one has more a different seasoning as in a Korean version ... and I said isn't it fish tho ? She said no it's pork so I didn't wanna correct her so I just ended up ordering unagi bowl( that was DELICIOUS btw) . As soon as she left I literally googled it to make sure and a few minutes she came by with my drink and showed her and she then says well not a lot of people order it and that she can ask for me ..so I then said if it's fish can I just order that instead of the unagi and she replies well they already started your order ... ( she just placed it and it wasn't busy ) so I just politely said okay no worries maybe I can order it to go if it is FISH . SO AFTER SOME TIME and we got our food and basically almost done eating she tells oh yeah it is fish and it comes in pork sometimes did you still wanna order it to go .... I just said no thank you maybe next time ... I wish she would have just told me right away or even offered to ask if it was only pork. My experience here... was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Even saying that is an UNDERSTATEMENT. The sushi... guaranteed fresh, clean, amazing taste all around, and of possibly the highest quality. I had ordered the "Amigo", "Jessica", and the spicy tuna fries, (See photos below) all of which were immensely delicious and a MUST-try. I was so full, yet still kept eating because of the flavors of everything were extraordinary. The price-to-portion ratio, no doubt you are getting your monies worth. The atmosphere is very clean, very well organized, and GREAT MUSIC. The service provided from our amazing server, Michelle, the most kind-hearted, up-spirited, and energetic person to ever come across, a comedian at that also! She was incredibly polite and generous to offer a seared salmon to my table free of charge. That was, hands down, the best seared salmon I've ever had and I am definitely craving more of it. That being said, Toro Sushi is a HIDDEN GEM and my new go-to sushi spot, in all of southern California. Do not hesitate to visit and dine-in. WE LOVED YOU MICHELLE, THANK YOU...
