We are Sprint customers. Now with the meat get with T-Mobile, this is the nearest store to me. It was formally a Sprint store. So when one of our phones was not working right for 4 days, it made sense we would go here first. Prior to the merger, I didn’t have any big issues with this location. But this is the 2nd time that they seemed unwilling to help. The first was when I needed to replace my daughter’s phone. Well they said that because their system was down they couldn’t help us and sent us to the store off of Madison and Murrieta Hot Spring (this location has since closed down). They help, new phone problem solved. Well last night we had an issue w my husband’s phone. Being it’s the closest location we went in there. The associated listened and empathized but said he was not able to look up our account because the sprint system was down but only at his store. He almost seems to suggest talhat we break the screen and just put in a claim with the insurance but couldn’t tell me in my phone was insured it was very weird. Read moreToday I sought help at the T-Mobil store in Murrita, CA. It was a pleasure to be assisted by one of your employees, Brett. His service was exemplary. In fact he made sure I was able to leave using the phone. Earlier I had visited the T-Moblé store in Menifee nearby actually for the second time it was the complete opposite in my experience of service. The manger in the Menifee store absolutely would not help me because it is store policy he stated emphatically to wear a mask. When I ask the manger if he had a medical background he said he did not, but his title gave him as a representative for T-Moblé the right to refuse service.He proceeded to escort me out of the store. Incredible, when I was getting help with Brent in the Murrita store another lady came into the store she stated she was unable to wear a mask. There was acknowledgment. Nothing more was said.

Read morePlease shop around first. Tmobile is just a service broker and they are just the middle man. There are so many other services that are WAY cheaper and have better customer service. This company has the worst service EVER Whether in store, in the app or on the phone.
I have stupidly stayed with this company for 10 years now and I have watched everything get more expensive and the service quality go way down until I have finally had it. I have been as patient as I could be.
I've paid for insurance for nearly 10 years and I have been trying to get my phone replaced for 4 months now. Just keep getting the corporate run around. The wait times for support are ridiculous. Outsourced labor to other countries that do not care about taking care of your needs.
Not sure how this has more than a 4 star review. Must be manipulated with fake reviews because its definitely not deserving of anything more...
