Walgreens — Local services in Muskego

The racist employee with the pink glasses is very unprofessional and lacks manners, respect, and greetings. She needs to learn how to speak to customers. When I was rung up, there was no "hello", "will you be using your Walgreens Savings Card", "would you like to donate?", or no "thank you, have a nice day." Nothing. Just silence.

When she was finished, I said, "thank you." No response back from her. I repeated myself and she goes, "mmhmm".

Then I stepped to the side to see if she would communicate with others. And sure enough, she had the best conversation of her life speaking with another employee about a coworker she has the hots for.

Samantha the cashier in the front is unbelievably rude. I got some clearance feminine products and they did not ring up as what they were marked on the shelves. I ask her when checking out to take them off after she rung them because they didn’t ring up right, she had an attitude for such a simple task! I worked at Walgreens for over a year and it’s not that big of deal to take something off of a transaction. She rolled her eyes at me countless times. Terrible customer service. I was told they were out of my prescription, turns out they just did not have in the prescribed dose. Instead of having me call to get the script changed, I was told all Walgreens were out, try a different pharmacy.

After a quick call to my doctor, he called to verify they had other dose that would have worked for me. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service in the pharmacy. The rest of the store is great on customer service, just the...
