Walgreens — Local services in Muskego

If I could give the pharmacy 0 stars I would. Between rude pharmacy techs when you try and ask questions, and the pharmacy literally sitting for a WEEK on my prescription without contacting me or my insurance for a prior authorization which was noted ON THE PRESCRIPTION WHEN IT WAS SENT OVER. Now, because of that, I’m completely out of my asthma controller medicine, and I’m left with the options of paying out of pocket $400 or using a medicine that I’m allergic to and is giving me a rash so bad I’m scratching my arms until they bleed, I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. When I called to ask why this happened, the ‘new’ pharmacy manager couldn’t answer me..... because it was his first day. Guess I’m not the only one sick of how that...

This store has horrible inventory assortment. you go on line and they show product is in store and when you go to the store they don't even carry it. Don't ask a question because they tell you "what you see is what we have". Pharmacy people are always different and make you feel like you are bothering them. SO DARN RUDE. I've had problems for years and never complain, but I can't take it anymore. I have to use this location because it is across the street from me. This Walgreens is much like other Walgreens. There is another one in Muskego, approximately 1 mile west. You might wonder why Muskego needs two of them, but that's beyond my pay grade. As a Walgreens, this is pretty much what you would expect. A smallish grocery, home good, office supplies, liquor store, with a good supply of cosmetics AND a pharmacy.
