The absolute WORST customer service ever!!! I will let everyone know about my experience!!! I ordered a sweatshirt that was NOT the correct one and they said that they didn’t check to make sure it was the correct one and they could only give me my money back, not able to remake the correct one because they need at least 12!!!! I ordered about $200 worth of product from you figure out a way to make your mistake right!!!! It is funny you say that the correct item was out of stock!!! When I talked to Chad he told me it was a miss pick from your wholesaler, the item was in stock and you guys didn’t catch it!!! I do not appreciate being lied too and I do want my money back!!! Was NOT made aware of football helmet return policy. The helmet was not even tried on, still in the bag with the tags, purchased from them at a football practice where they came to sell product. My child decided not to play a few hours later and they will not take my item as a return. They fit my child with a helmet that was on the table for display, not even the helmet they sold us. Still in the package not even opened and they won’t take it back! I will never buy anything from them again, and we have purchased most of our equipment from them in the past! So frustrating to be out 250$ in today’s economy! I was given the justification it could have been dropped and compromised. If it was dropped the packaging would show it! I am beyond frustrated. I had worked with Trophy House after a previous supplier had dropped the ball after trying to contact them for almost a month. After multiple attempts, I had to find another avenue to have promos made and Trophy House came through in about a weeks time! Not only where they FANTASTIC to work with, they kept me up to date on shipping, and did everything they could to help us in a pinch!
