The Salvation Army Family Store — Local services in Muskogee

The store is always neat and well put together. Things are easy to find as far as color and style.

However I do wish that they would make plus sizes for men and women better marked.. and not mixed in with the maternity section.

I also believe that they are losing quite a bit of money by not staying up until at least 6:00 if not 7:00.

People with money have jobs and if they can't come there when their job is over they're not going to shop there at all.

That being said this store is amazing and there isn't hardly anything for your home that you can't get there.

I use it when I am low on funds but I need something such as a small end table temporarily Etc. It may not be perfect but it serves its purpose until I can get exactly what I want

The staff there has improved...

Made donations of several boxes of childrens clothes, toys, stollers, and basically gear needed to raise a baby. Youg man grabbed the boxes and the proceeded to throw the items across the back wharehouse. It was a good 15-20 feet. He really seemed like he hated his job and was very unfriendly.

He had no idea of what was in those boxes and there were breakables. I donate items so that another family can have what they need. These items were all things just a few months ago my own child was using and was in perfectly good shape. If he is doing this with me watching....how many items are being mistreated and broken when I am not and keeping a family in need from being able to recieve these items.

I will not be donating to this location...

The customer service here is far below average it is literally non existence. The ladies working here are rude AF. Upon asking about the dressing rooms, I was yelled at in front of other customers. I was told it was to close to closing time after a stern NO was shouted at me. Needless to say between that a the store being filthy I won't be returning. Also today was my dad's first Heavenly birthday and a very hard day. You never know what someone else is going through.. . . SO PLEASE BE KIND. And if you see someone with a tear streked face. Makeup a mess, maybe say a silent prayer for God to watch over them. Life's to short to be judgemental...
