Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Muskogee

While My Sister was trying to shop with my Mother August 26, 2025, They we're trying to shop and the employees were stocking items on the shelves. The employees kept saying things like move, get out of the way. She got my Mother out of that store immediately. The place was swamped with people.

I'm always telling my Mom and Sister about the good time and shopping experience we have when visiting your store and I must say I'm more than disappointed in your staffing and their behavior.

I understand that they have a Job to do but if you're going to stock during Store hours there needs to be some sort of Customer Courtesy. I don't ask for much just I know it's difficult to do your job but to treat customers like Children who are in the way especially senior citizens, like ourselves. My Mother and Sister will never step foot in your franchise again and frankly I don't blame them.

All your Stockers need a talking to! If they can't be more professional then maybe they need to find Factory work or something outside of the Public. There is No excuse for Rudeness anytime.

This place is a disaster. The store was filthy boxes all over the floors like they just gave up trying to clean. My kid tripped over one because apparently keeping walkways clear isn’t a priority here. To top it off, the worker named angel at checkout had a nasty attitude for no reason. No hello, no manners just rude and snappy like I was bothering her by checking out. If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on customers. The bathroom was straight-up disgusting. No toilet paper unless you count the dirty rolls on the floor and it smelled horrible. The aisles were a mess too stuff thrown everywhere, nothing in the right spot, and it felt like walking through a maze of junk. I’ve been to other Ollie’s and had decent experiences, but this location is a joke. Clean your store and teach your employees how to treat people....

I immediately wanted to spend all my life savings when I walked into this store. We had to ask about prices because I couldn't believe how cheap some items were priced. Some stores have an area for one-of-a-kind items and Ollie's takes that idea and turns it up to 11. They have one of the most unique collections of products including toys, housewares, and novelty gifts. They have kitchenware and auto and hardware but I spent all of my time looking at the toys. If you're into nostalgia this store probably has something from your childhood. The workers were really friendly and helpful and the store was really organized.
