Pink & Red — Local services in Myrtle Beach

I was visiting Myrtle Beach and made it a huge effort to make sure I stopped by the Pink Cabana. My daughter and I went in dressed in Lilly and Tory Burch. The employees said hello and goodbye no other interaction with us. They had a bathing suit that my daughter had been looking for, and I was going to purchase, and a few pieces from the new release. However, after the poor customer service I was receiving I was not going to purchase anything and will continue the hunt for my daughter’s bathing suit. The sad part is I sent them a message earlier in the day to say hi, and let them know I was would be stopping by later. They seemed happy that we were making an effort to stop by on our vacation, I could not have been so wrong. Maybe they were having a bad day or something else, but they work in customer service and no matter what they have going on they should help their customers under any condition because what is purchased is paying their salary. Maybe it was because I was from out of town, but maybe they should know most of my Lilly purchases are made in Signature stores because I don’t have a corporate store near me so I use other stores. Obviously they are not living up to the Lilly...

Stopped in while visiting from out of town, found out about the store through Instagram. They carry mostly Lilly Pulitzer but some other very nice brands as well, it is a fairly large boutique store and the ladies were all pleasant. No one said hello as soon as I walked in, they let me come in and walk around a bit. However, as soon as I had a few items in my hands, the associates were quick to offer me a dressing room and checked on me while trying on. I think that is a great balance of attention but not too much attention! I had to laugh a bit at the review where the lady said she and her daughter walked inside covered in Lilly and Tory but didn't get a lot of attention, sounds like she requires more attention in life than any store may be able to provide...lol. I did end up purchasing a few luxletic items and the ladies thanked me for taking the time to stop in while visiting the area for the weekend. If we are back in town, I would...

Just wanted to share, if you want personal attention, this store is the best! Even though the store was very busy, I received enough help to know what size to try, and then left alone so I could shop, which I appreciated! And it was so easy to shop here because of the many beautiful displays, that give you ideas. It didn't take me long to start a pile at the checkout counter! And then before I checked out, the sales lady that waited on me originally brought some sale items that would go with what I was purchasing! What a great attention to detail! Love, love,...
