KFC — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

WOW! 5+ STARS!!! Let me start by saying my order was going great because of a guy named Michael Jones at the 6100 KFC in N. Myrtle Beach, SC. Things got mixed up going through GrubHub...Not sure what happened . I notified the driver after giving an extra tip that our order was not fulfilled. After speaking to the driver they said they would contact the store. I waited about 10 minutes and decided to contact the Store personally. I'm so glad I did! The Manager Michael Jones picked up my call promptly and listened to what I had to say . He politely apologized for what had went wrong. He made my food to order all over at almost closing time AND delivered it himself Fresh, Hot, and With Extra Cookies. My daughter that was disappointed was now in cloud 9, as was U. He went above and beyond to make sure Customer Satisfaction was his No. 1 Priority. I myself am not one to complain. I am so glad I talked to this amazing manager. He assured me he would make things right with no worries. We need more managers like him!! Please..be patient with people. They are working to make a living just like us. The employees Needs to be more appreciative when a customer comes and take time out of the day to buy their food . Each time I come there They look like they're having a very bad day makes me don't want to come back. The chicken is very greasy And you don't taste the seasoning in the chicken like you used to. Employees that were there need to be mindful how they treat customers when they come to their drive-through window. The young man that was there who was the manager on duty where the worst manager that I have ever seen he did not want to do his job to help customer but he'd rather be in the office Or be walking around telling someone else what to do when there are being busy doing their job . Being part of a manager is also doing your job training people how to do a job and jumping in when they need help instead of being lazy He is a very poor excuse of a manager. The young lady behind the counter was excellent friendly kind had a coupon for me that I didn't have very very helpful. Either I was there between lunch and dinner but the chicken was rather dry you could taste that it was under the heat for too long of a Time I understand this because it does happen at times when you do have busy moments it will not stop me from going there again though but I will try to catch it at a better time when I believe that the chicken is out fresh. But I surely hope it does not stop people from going to Kentucky Fried Chicken it's always been good the taste sometimes gets a little different and I just hope they've never change the Colonel's original recipe.
