What an awful experience. I was looking to move to Myrtle Beach SC from the north east coast where I grew up my entire life. It would have been a big move for me but I was more than ready to explore something new. Having visited Myrtle Beach as well as many other cities within Sourh Carolina, I would have adapted pretty quickly. I called this agency and spoke to a really nice lady who was working in the customer service department. I had explained to her my situation and how much I was looking forward to moving to SC and she was so welcoming and encouraging and told me I would love living here. Unfortunately she wasn’t a realtor and said she would pass me on to someone who could help me with my search. I was more than ready to start looking due to already having approvals from loan offices. I was given a budget max based on what I wanted to spend monthly on a mortgage and based on income, savings, etc. After about an hour, I received a call from a lady that didn’t seem interested in helping me at all. It felt as if I was taking her away from more important things. Bad first impression. Regardless, I explained to her what I was looking for and where exactly I wanted to be in the MB vicinity. She said she would help me find something and that my price range was decent and I should have no problem finding something. No enthusiasm whatsoever, and really no assistance either. Was told I would be contacted in 2-3 days after calling her and giving her a few days to look for properties that would fit my needs. Well, it has been a month and no calls or emails from the agency. I have found plenty of property based on my own search. Maybe that’s the better route to take considering my experience. That first experience sure turned me off from wanting to move to Myrtle Beach, or at least work with this agency. I’ll be choosing another agency that will hopefully accommodate someone coming from another state; someone who really doesn’t have the best knowledge of the city and could use a helping hand. I guess a 400,000 max budget for a young single guy like me isn’t good enough for them to do...

Vanessa Kyne is an amazing agent and person. She treated us as family and has done an exemplary job from the very beginning! From day one she supported us with every question we had and guided us through each step of the process. As an agent she puts her clients needs first! She was present to go through all of the walkthroughs, even including taping the house for areas that need repairs; and requiring the builder to fix any issues that were found with the property!
