Very disappointed in this store and it's customer service. My first visit I came to pick up an order when I walked in I was never acknowledged or asked if I needed any assistance while I was standing at the counter and it took them about 3 to 4 minutes and to acknowledge me after I had to let someone know I needed assistance to pick up my order. Crazy because I was the only customer standing there and totally got looked over. The second visit I went through the drive-thru with my husband and ordered a wrap combo and it was really good ans fixed so neatly so that prompted me to go back the next day but I was very disappointed with the customer service because we got lettuce that was old and it was fixed so sloppy. So I called to get a replacement order and it was questionable if I could get a replacement order after spending over $30, so I had to call back again and I spoke with a manager that decided to replace it. I went to pick up my replacement and sadly was looked at and wasn't greeted again when I walked through the door. I mean no welcome at all. I did however meet beautiful Jasmine, the manager, and she replaced my order for me and also Miguel did come up to me and apologize for my order being messed up, so I do appreciate their integrity and helping me. Also the health department needs to change that C rating on the door if they actually have a better grade as I was told it was incorrect. Hope this store gets it together being in the beautiful Carolina Forest area. This store needs a upbeat and bright atmosphere with...
Read moreListen ya'll, I am a busy mom with toddlers, working in and out of my home, always on the road. This is my 3rd visit at this location. First time, maybe 1.5yrs ago, the wait at drive thru was outrageous (for a drive thru , with smoothies and basic sandwiches). Second time, not that long wait but my order was not right, so I had to wait more at the window to have it fixed. Last visit, put the order at drive thru, ask two items, and wait at least 7-10 minutes, I could see 2 cars ahead, one waited for a smoothie at least 4 minutes...what is this? That car was in line before me, so just how long it takes to fulfill one order of a single item, at this shop? Just to finally arrive and have instead of my two drinks just one. And after all that wait, no apologies for the long waitline, you want to ring me up and wait another 4-5 minutes to blend 3 ingredients? This is not how drive thru should be. So, in my experience, it is either that they do not hear the order (though the employee repeated bith items back to me), or forget to enter the items, or do not know how to work. If I wanted to wait, I would have gone to a restaurant and sit and enjoy the dine in. And there is no way to pull out your car and leave, very poorly designed. If your brand has this customer service at least have a drive thru where frustrated people can move out their cars from the line. I just went home and did myself my own smoothie. Forget about giving my money (and time!) to this place if you want...
Read moreI recently moved to the area and was quite excited about my first trip to the cafe (International Dr., MyrtleBeach). Unfortunately, upon walking in with my husband we were completely ignored by the two employees on staff. There were no other patrons in restaurant, we should have had their complete attention but instead it was like we were invisible. They continued walking around, talking on their ear buds, and did not even look up to acknowledge our presence. We waited at the counter for 5-7 minutes and while they made eye contact for a split second, they each immediately looked back down and continued to ignore us. A simple "hello, I'll be with you in a minute," would've been appreciated. Needless to say, we walked out of the store empty handed and I will not be going back. Customer service training is desperately needed. Note that my visit was Sunday, January 19 at...
