🥴 Today, September 7th at approximately 1:20 p.m. I was eager to purchase my meal at Bojangles as I have went to several locations and received excellent service. However, at 589 Bojangles location on International Drive in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, a young lady that came to the counter to take my order had her fingers all in her mouth and proceeded to put her contaminated hands on the clean paper plates that were there. She also put her nasty hands on the counter where food is to be served to customers from behind the counter. I was so disappointed, and grossed out that I asked her “ How in the world can you serve customers with your hands, your fingers all in your mouth!!!!!” laughing like it’s a joke she said “well let me go wash my hands.” As she walked away nonchalantly to ‘supposedly’ wash her hands, she then arrogantly slid the hand that she had soaked with her saliva all on the counter where the chicken and biscuits are displayed and given to customers. She soon came back to take my order. I decided there was no need for her to do so because I had lost my appetite for Bojangles chicken and said “ Forget it!!! I’ll go elsewhere”!!!! I have never been so sicken by an employee having no regard for the Health concerns of their customers!!!! She did not have a care in the world!!! It’s so sad to see someone that is getting paid a salary to uphold a good company‘s name, and single-handedly ruin it!!! Especially a person who is being paid by them!!! The Bojangles location at 589 International Avenue in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, I URGE YOU NOT to go there because you may end up with food poisoning or some other type of illness because they have and entertain employees that gladly Violate health regulations with a giggle and a...
Read moreI don’t like to do reviews, but felt like this needed to be shared with everyone. We spend way to much money on food to be treated how “Ms Ruby” treated my husband and I tonight . My husband went through drive thru and the manager, Ruby was taking our order and we was getting ready to order 2 of 20 pc family deals. She proceeded to tell us “NO SIR , NO SIR ! I have white meat” (it’s how she shut us down) that she had dark meat but wasn’t going to drop chicken after 9:00pm again it was 9:11pm. When my husband asked her was she really missing out money? She proceeded to tell us she didn’t care about the money because she made her last call . Their was a total of 4 people on that shift including her . We told her she was being rude and we were going to be calling corporate because how she was talking to us . She said their not corporate that their are franchise , and for us to call Lisa Foreman because she didn’t care . At this point it definitely wasn’t about the chicken it was about how she treated my husband and I how she didn’t have any regards about the Franchise. I know I’m not the only one she has been treated this way. When we told her she had a nasty attitude to be in management she said she gets told all the time ! Im so upset to see how customers and as people we are being treated . This was definitely an unpleasant, unprofessional and terrible experience. Ms. Ruby definitely needs more training on how to handle customers and situations like mine better than what she did!!! To disregard the people and the company says a lot...
Read moreSo. I really do want to give places a chance and put it in perspective. This is not fine dining, sure. But come on. Second try, second time this food wouldn't be acceptable as a result from a brand new trainee at McDonald's. In short, congrats to the most underwhelming fast food in the south. We had to literally explain our order when it was packed. "Yes, that sandwich came with fries. Please add fries." And what's up with places cutting down on fries lately? Charge a bit more, but please don't count them when throwing them in the little baggy. The fries were few, crusty and possibly leftovers from a sad old potato that had given up on life early in its childhood. The fried chicken was overfried and must have sat in the warming pan for some time - but kudos for making it soggy and dry at the time, artistically avoiding a categorization of being juicy. Superexpensive for the quality of food that it was. Normally, it's three strikes your out, for us it is two strikes with this Bojangles and we don't believe you take any care in what you do. Conclusion for us and recommendation for others? Make the trip down Carolina Forest Boulevard and you are likely to get a better meal....
