You guys need to light up your addresses at night so delivery people can actually see where they’re going because it’s so dark at night that we can’t see the building numbers and you got them so little imagine that at night time when there’s no light

I’ll start by saying this is the only review that I have ever taken time to write in my entire life for any product or service, and hopefully it will be the last. I never understood why people took time out of their days to write reviews, but now I understand.

This place was a nightmare. I paid 1400 dollars a month for a 600 square foot one bedroom apartment. Granted, that was my choice so I can only complain so much about it. It’s just absurd to me to think that the owners of that dump are so self absorbed that they think their place is worth as much as an apartment complex in a large city. Regardless, throughout my 5 months there, I had neighbors beside and above me who sounded like zoo animals, and the paper thin walls did absolutely zero to accommodate. You’d think for almost 1500 dollars BEFORE electric water and cable, they could use better drywall and insulation to make living arrangements more comfortable. Fast forward to me finally getting out of that god forsaken money pit. I had a timely move out and had all of my belongings out of the miniature apartment by the date that they asked. My apartment was clean when I left, but they wanted it “move in ready” for the next group of idiots who decided to make it their home. I didn’t feel like sweeping the crumbs off the floor, scrubbing the baseboards and appliances, and paying for a carpet cleaning service. So I called the front desk to ask if they offered an alternative, and was fortunate enough that one of their airhead employees picked up the phone. They offered a cleaning crew to come in and do all of this for me in my 600 sq ft apartment for a modest 180 dollars. After being ransacked for money for 5 strait months, I figured why not let it happen once more. I moved out, paid my 180 and it is now a distant, foul memory. Today, 3 months after I moved out, I got a call from a DEBT COLLECTOR asking me for 499 dollars and 2 cents for miscellaneous garbage and mess left in the apartment. It was empty when I left..... and I mean empty. Not even a wrapper of any sort. Needless to say, I am getting ready to call and tell them where they can stick their 499.02. This is borderline theft. So if you’re considering moving to the lively, save yourself before it’s too late and be...

If you have a month-to-month lease MAKE SURE YOU GIVE 60 DAY NOTICE THAT YOU ARE MOVING OUT or you will be charged another month of rent! We gave 45 days notice that we did not want to renew and were moving out on the day our lease stated. We were charged another months rent when we handed in our keys. The community is clean and our apartment did smell new when we walked in (as it should because the building was only a year old). The staff when we moved in did not explain the trash policy at move in nor give written information to us at time of move in and we were charged $25. Make sure you have good renters insurance because residents do smoke in the elevator and breezeways. Also, not only do you have to clean the apartment at move out but you have to have the carpets professionally cleaned (the complex will take care of that for ONLY $165 if you do not want to do it yourself).

Application fee (per person): $60 Administration fee: $150 Security deposit $200 Utility set up fee: $25 Non-refundable pet fee: $300 Monthly pet rent: $20 Monthly trash fee: $25 Monthly pest control: $10 Living at the Lively: NOT WORTH IT.

From now on I will give notice of my move-out date at the time I pick...

We have lived here 1 and 1/2 years now roughly (2 people) and have been very impressed with the community here. Their maintenance has been great and have been very helpful and professional. We had a couple of appliances go out so far, range/oven and washer/dryer (twice). They came in a timely manner and were always polite and knocked and announced that they were with maintenance before entry (or called our cell phone first). They fixed what we needed so we could resume cooking and washing lol. The front desk staff has changed hands a few times in the time we've been here, but so far all people working have been friendly and great help. Our only complaint is that we wish the appliances in the unit were a bit higher quality. And - we wish their pool was heated. We have felt our time here so far is well...
