Rude argumentative staff after being told I was wrong, knowing I was not and calming explaining to the new manager that the past manager had done what she is telling me she cannot do. At this point I suggested she ask the old manager for assistance. At this point she screamed to the new manager on the next register only 5ft away that my card had been declined (this was due to an error she made one I tried to make her aware of mutiple times and was told I was wrong) she also yelled to all 10+ customers in line and the old manager "he paid with ebt for the food and can't afford the laundry soap" that was not the case at all no idea where she came up with this or why it was said. Untrue but none the less embarrassing and disrespectful. Sandra the old manager watch all this happen and only at my 2nd request for her help came over and assisted the new manager, Sandra was easily able to accomplish what I was told by the new manager was not possible. We'll Sandra was doing this the new manager was standing behind her snickering and shaking her head at me not sure why. At the end of this exchange I asked the new manager for the Distrect Managers number, she responded "oh jeez" rolled her eyes before going to get it. I told her she was very rude and no one deserves that treatment to which she only replied "no your rude". Unbelievable experience. Mental heath crisis on full display. You shouldn't be shaking like a chiwawa and upset to the point your disrespecting a paying customer because you where not properly trained on the necessary procedures of your job. I hope the new manager gets the proper training and anger management she clearly needs.
Update: New managers name is Amy. Since the day the above situation happend. Amy has harrased me and my co-workers, acting disrespectful towards me at my place of employment and spreading false information about me to my management at work and others around town. I left a message with the DM Mr.Graf which he did not return. I have since escalated this issue to the regional...

Was happy to see one of these in Myrtle Point, the next sizable town is at least 45-60 minute drive. Either the store is understaffed, or the staff doesn't really care. After receiving a smart mouthed reply to one of my questions, I'm thinking don't care. MP is small enough that you should know regulars, I didn't see any indication that there was any familiarity with 8-10 people that went through checkout. The customers that can't get a ride to Coos Bay/Roseburg will be the only ones you see. I'm very doubtful that when I return to the area this store will be open. I know I won't...

Bread that's been recalled by the bakery for being under-baked and containing unlabeled ingredients; chili cans which are full of water when you open them that have been recalled for months when you check online; pre-cooked bacon that wasn't kept refrigerated like it said on the package; more dented and damaged goods than you can shake a stick at. I'm sick and tired of getting sick from eating food from this place. I'm sure it doesn't help that the majority of their deliveries seem to come in an unmarked, and unrefrigerated,...
