This place is getting worse. Especially if you shop on Sundays. There are two employees (well, one employee and a manager) who seem to be scheduled every Sunday. They're rude, they don't know their product, they blast the stereo so loud you almost have to yell to be heard over it, and they shorted me 4g of cannabis last time I shopped there. The weed I was shorted wasn't even good, it was a bait-and-switch. The sample jar was nice, green, smelled great, good quality. What we got was brown, dead, dried out, and doesn't get you high. It seems to be all CBN from degraded cannabis.

Rude, expensive, poor quality, and they advertise strains they don't have.

I'd love to be giving this place a better review, but they just don't deserve it. The quality of product, staff, and pricing have been going downhill since they opened. Most recently, even after my presence was acknowledge by both the manager AND a supervisor, they both completely refused to serve me, ignoring me completely after greeting me. I don't know what's wrong with this place, but the staff is a constant revolving door - with each new budtender being, somewhat conspicuously, the "lead" budtender - and a new manager on staff every month.

Additionally, their product has really been going down hill, and they don't update their Dutchie menu, so they're constantly advertising strains they don't have, and haven't had in stock for months. How hard is it not to lie about...

I have visited here a half dozen times. I smoke very little for mood and to slow me down. The look and smell of your guys product is great. The service is great. The taste of your flower is horrible. I am sorry. out of all the place i go i always end up paying a fortune at your store and throwing or giving away what i have bought from you. The reviews that say the flower is good, they are lying or they don't know any better. The person that tests the flower needs to be replaced. Quick, efficient transaction. They display really well and make use of a whole bunch of space. What I needed was so close to me after getting in the door that I almost walked by it.
