I brought a ring in to be repaired, it was missing a diamond. I had actually had the diamond replaced earlier with a different jewelry store and the replacement stone was not the right size or color and promptly fell out again and that store refused to make it right.

Friendly knowledgeable staff who informed me I wore a much smaller size than I thought. Resized my Grandmother's wedding band, cleaned, and polished it back to it's former glory.
