This is a mini-museum about the history of Nacogdoches. The displays are interesting and show lots of information about the area. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They suggested several places to visit in the area and each of their ideas was worth the trip. You can spend 5 minutes here and just talk to the staff. Or you can spend hours here looking at the displays. Either way it is worth the trip.

This is the perfect start to your exploration of Nac for your Historic vacation to Nac. Great people that are very helpful and lots of history in this building. Worth the stop.

Nice historic area to go for a walk and browse the shops/restaurants. Lots of antique stores are in the area that close early or only open certain days of the week.

Finally made it in to this copious dwelling of information on this most wonderful and historical city in the Lone Star State; and the oldest city in Texas to boot.

In the process of studying about my new home and seeking to learn the streets, the county aka parish, and more on the history of Nacodgoches this is the place to be.

This should be your first stop to obtain the information and some very good advice on where to increase your knowledge and enjoyment of this historical area of Texas.

Might not have been my first stop but I will be back for more.

JoAnna and Ashley are so knowledgeable and so very helpful for anything you may need. In addition there are so many items of information to obtain at no cost.

Free parking just in front of the building or anywhere in downtown Nacogdoches. No meter maids is another major plus in this friendly and historical...

Stopped here for a quick minute that turned into a leisurely afternoon spent walking through the town of Nacogdoches. We were educated on the history of the area and it's people by their well put together and presented exhibits and the informative lady at the desk. Ate some good food at the diner and met some pleasant people while in this nice to have visited town. See you next year...
